listen to last 10 minutes of the tape - Engine 3 is at 37 Drake Road
on a medical call - you can hear how broken up they are - 37 Drake
Road is a 7 story masonry / concrete / steel apartment building with
150 residents - all residents are either elderly or disabled - which
means that 99% of them are disabled

radio channel is 460.60 R - the location is on the Lexington border -
gonna guess that the room they were in faces out of Arlington and
towards Lexington - also gonna guess that Arlington FD does not have
any radio receiver sites that are located in Lexington

note a huge deal - it just gives you a pretty good look at the state
of the art in public safety radio comms - its a clear example of what
happens when radio paths are degraded / suboptimal / bovine excrement
