wildfires - "If you are not safe, DO NOT WAIT for an official
evacuation order, flee from the threat immediately."
REALLY DONT LIKE THAT ADVICE - maybe it is too prominent for my taste
- FD should try to make sure that 100% of people get evacuation orders
in plenty of time to leave
