many comments about buckling of the I beams - its an interesting
situation - even without engineering training - just ask yourself -
how does an I beam respond to forces? is there a weak orientation vs a
strong orientation? how would you hit or cut that beam in order to
make it fail? obviously - if you know how to destroy the beam - then
you can probably figure out how to safely install the beam
this is why the engineers get the big bucks and the starlets
