concord mass had a 3rd alarm

first alarm was at 1637 hours - neighbor was out walking - he called
in via cellphone - he could 'hear some bld fully involved' but was not
close enough to get exact address

1643 hours - C3 arrives - reports heavy fire - requests box and 2nd alarm

1644 hours - C1 arrives and orders 3rd alarm - homeowner is yelling
about her pet (s) - E3 and E4 arrive

double on radio around then - maybe some layout orders missed - E3
laid from hydrant - not sure what E4 did if anything

it was near the carlisle border - their pd was notified but apparently
not their FD - until later

we are gonna guess that no one was home - or they were totally asleep
- and there was no automatic alarm system and no sprinklers apparently
- and the neighbors were not within eye range - and no one smelled
nothing
