this report seems to be wildly inaccurate because it only includes
rainfall thru 8 am tuesday - and eastern mass had heavy rain on
tuesday and wednesday
I suspect if they ran a drought report today the drought would be all
gone in 95% of Massachusetts
I might be full of beans though - lets see what twitter has to say
