per the openmhz feed for Fitchburg FD
channel 1 is the main channel
channel 2 is the fireground channel
both are repeaters
the only calls announced on channel 2 seem to be the box alarms
the only radio traffic on channel 2 seems to be the firescene radio
traffic for any box alarms
"Fire Alarm" is the dispatcher
"Command" is the deputy chief usually
both channels seem to analog
neither rrdb nor sne has this info exactly correct - its pretty simple
actually - ch 1 is main - ch 2 is FG - both are repeaters - and they
are called "Channel 1" and "Channel 2"
there might be more channels but we dont know nothing about them
