What they really need to do is put a helo in the air 24/7 over la and San Diego and san Francisco ... It needs to be multi mission with machine gun and flir and sat phone and first net ... The primary mission needs to be comms after a major quake or blast or tsunami or bio attack or power failure ... Needs to be IFR also ... secondary mission needs to live shooter suppression
