1. why did his foot get 'stuck' - that seems pretty hard to do
2. why was there such major damage - why didnt the accelerator get
stuck any time in the previous minutes or hours? at a location that
would not cause such major damage - such as when nose to nose with a
brick wall or a dumpster or steel girder or concrete barrier?
