huge typo here - Purpose. The Incident Radio Communications Plan (ICS
205-CG) provides information on all radio frequency of trunked radio
system talkgroup assignments for each operational
'of' should be 'or'
oh well

programming - not for base or repeater programming - "RX Freq N or W
