he lit the fire on jan 1 - left the scene - saw FD responding - went
back to scene and videotaped firefighters
29 year old whitish male - lived in the area at a friends home
fire rekindled 6 days later and caused the disaster
perp also produced a meme or something - with a french rap song
atf and cops did extensive investigation - even set a fire exactly 1
year later at same spot to confirm what fire camera saw under the
given light conditions
