this video has footage of swat shooting towards the guy - 3:00 on the tape
reportedly the perp opened fire on swat
no mention of negotiating with the guy here
I am not sure how it went down - there was 1 swat truck behind him and
1 swat buggy went in front of him - but I am not sure when the shots
were fired
