about the 'la captain' feed on you tube for los angeles city fd
pulsepoint is displayed in real time - so you hear the call go out via
radio - then the call pops up on the screen - usually within 1 minute
- sometimes not all - then units change color and symbols as they go
enroute and on arrival
iirc the symbols include -
red question marks - alerted but not yet moving towards the incident
green = enroute and has acknowledged the dispatch - or - 'wheels are rolling'
la captain is a charter boat captain
keywords - openness - live scanner audio
