listening to radio comms at their recent incident via broadcastify -
when the IC and dispatcher were talking to each other - sometimes both
parties were loud and clear via the feed - sometimes just the
dispatcher was loud and clear via the scanner feed - this indicates
that the dispatcher can hear field units 'on direct' and 'via
repeater'
