good ole texas - why pay for walls if you never use them?
you would think that with all the money they save by not buying snow
shovels they could at least attempt to pretend they have a real FD
on the other hand - with a couple of pagers and a couple of trained
neighbor - you have a perfectly fine structural fire company right
there - maybe short some suction hose though
