maybe japan - house fire
looks like they made a huge tactical mistake by trying to protect the
exposure instead of directly hitting the fire - maybe there was a
victim inside and maybe they had a crew inside - but does not make
sense to let that fire roar in either case - knock down the fire and
the exposure problem goes away
