problem - holbrook recc is nowhere near fairhaven
background - fairhaven pd has shared 1 uhf repeater channel with 2
other bordering PDs forever - each ran their own dispatch center -
apparently the town managers said 'nuts to this' - and now some
changes are happening
if they had just merged their 3 dispatch center 20 years ago -
everything would be golden now - maybe
