Best way to explain, why such drills are a good training: you learn
what you have to do in the system. not in a bad way, if you know your
task in this drill, and you know it well, you will know it well enough
at 1am in the middle of the night to not completely fuck it up. You
dont need to mount your truck perfectly synchronized, but by learning
it that way, you learn to look for the little things, that can turn
into big problems later on.
