encrypted - dispatcher asked "Command" / IC if he wanted to send
someone to meet with the PD drone operator - gonna guess that was
Wilmington

the P25 traffic we are hearing must be coming out of Portsmouth NH

yup - thats wilmington fd on 154.34 R - Rehab 5 was mentioned - and we
know that Rehab 5 has a scanner feed that covers Wilmington FD
