boston fd is doing cover assignments before the 2nd alarm now
this must be new
makes sense - they often / sometimes work for one hour without calling
a 2nd alarm - thats a long time to leave stations vacant in 1
neighborhood

not absolutely sure about this - perhaps the extra alarm was not
transmitted on 453.65 in this incident
