note - Jakarta FD just has 4 snorkels - no aerials - maybe their
tallest snorkel is a 400 footer which will get you to floor 40 (kinda)
probably the real question is - how many helios do they have? do they
know how to use them? do they have good scba? do they have good fire
protection engineers? do they have good 2 way radios? do they know how
to use them? do they have drones? do they have a LZ on the roof?
most of their fire stations have just 1 pumper - and they seem to be 2
miles apart usually
2019 newspaper article says they need 100 more fire stations but there
is no land to build them on - because they have 1 million motor
scooter repair shops taking up all the land
many of their major roads are only 10 feet wide (outside downtown)
