karen read case are given notebooks to take notes - but apparently the
jurors have zero access to the transcripts - even though there is a
fulltime person sitting right next to the judge mouthing the
proceedings into a audio recorder in real time

obviously all the court proceedings should be videotaped and the tape
given to the jury
no need to show the judge or attorneys - just include their voices -
integrate all the evidence
first day of college for me - chemistry 101 - offer of note taking by
upperclassmen - 1976
