per comments - tail rotor gearbox froze up or malfunctioned - almost
impossible to get out of safely
but 1 person maybe said that the tail rotor hit a palm tree first

if setting up a lz for a helo - keep it mind - they rarely crash -
they rarely catch on fire - you can see what happens when there is a
probably - if one of the rotors hits you at high speed they will find
