seems that 155.325 is used for areawide comms - the base station might
be on Mt Washington or in the Hanover NH area - they have used 155.325
to talk to Boston MedFlight down around Portsmouth NH
seems that 464.45 R is used for manchester area comms
seems that the dispatcher simulcasts (talks out) on 155.325 and 464.45
at the same time
seems that field units from 155.325 are not patched onto the 464.45
repeater - from here near Boston - we often hear the dispatcher
seemingly talking to themselves on 464.45
we cannot be 100% sure about this since we cannot hear the dispatcher on 155.325
