1. there are NO "national standards"
2. show us the research that adding firefighters will save a SINGLE life

1715 pm they ran the report - only boston + brookline + new bedford
have 4 person staffing on all engines and ladders
no research cited that confirms that hiring more firefighters will
save more lives
if you look at what the UK has done over the last 20 years you can
probably say that cutting the number of firefighters in half also
reduced the fire deaths in half - which is wild of course
