seems that every pumper has 2 of these on the back
tokyo fd has hose carts built into the rear
cant think of any other FDs that do this - except maybe Berlin Germany
maybe they all have narrow streets they cant get pumpers down
just having a hose bag with a couple of rolls might be just as good -
reinforce the hose bag so it can be dragged down a street by 1 or 2
people
