this is a very raw listing
someone could use it to make a very big list of medevac bases - by
adding helo numbers for example - AEL would be easiest to do - they
list all of their helo base numbers on their website
could also add NPI info
however - many radio licenses probably do not neatly match the medevac
base locations - some radio sites might be only used as backups or for
patient transfers to distant hospitals
