151.2725 was licensed to denmark back in 2011
not sure who has the license right now
they had 1 or 2 repeaters east of denmark center - brownfield is to
the west of denmark - so coverage might be poor depending on the
topography
both denmark and brownfield have multiple other VHF highband channels licensed
both denmark and brownfield have fulltime dpw departments - therefore
they probably both have local DPW radio channels also
some of the other channels that they have licensed are on the legacy /
historical dpw channels - they also have some LG channels listed
rrdb does not have any input listed for the 151 mhz repeater - it does
show it to be shared by the 2 FDs
rrdb does not list any lg nor dpw channels for the 2 towns
sne does show a local fd channel for denmark -
Denmark 153.9050 S 156.7 Denmark Local 2017.03.29 LTE4NFD
sne does not show any dpw or lg or ems chanels for denmark or brownfield
if we had to guess - we would guess that the fd channels are listed
correctly - the 151 mhz repeater or repeaters probably uses one of the
mobile only channels as an input channel - and the 2 DPWs probably
have their own primary channels on the remaining vhf highband channels
of course it is possible that ALL of the 'local' channels will be
found in all of the radios used by fd and dpw - ie - all of the dpw
trucks have all of the fd and dpw channels - and all of the fire
trucks have all of the fd and dpw channels
note - would not be surprised if all of the dpw employees also serve
as firefighters
