for a highrise - top floor is a bad place - neutral plane will decide
if smoke blows in or out of bld

for hospital / nursing home and prisons - victims cannot be evacuated "easily"

for industrial complex - hazards of explosions and large scale
structural collapses and hazmats and large scale fluid releases

for structures under construction - watch out

for modern structures - what fire control features are in place? -
blowers - sprinklers - fire doors - PA system - detectors - etc
