exact name of facility wrong - but definetely he said lawrence

channel seems to be unused except for hospital status updates and
maybe ambulance task force requests

maybe the channel controller / dispatcher is at Merrimack Valley CMED
or NE CMED or whatever its called these days - probably the dispatcher
has an office somewhere at Lawrence General Hospital - maybe they also
dispatch Lawrence EMS and Lawrence General Hospital Security and maybe
they run a CMED also
