broadcastify calls has a live scanner audio feed for 461.3875 -
apparently this channel is only used for dispatch of the helos -
(enroute comms might be on 155.385) - 11/16/2025 - radio test heard at
710 PM on a Sunday 11/16/2025 - Crews 1, 2, and 3 - each was called
seperately - just the HTs of Crew 2 were heard - also heard was Backus
Dispatch - so it seems that Crew 1 is at Mid State - Crew 2 is at
Backus - and we know that 3 is at Westfield MA per their website -
Crew 2 had 39, 172, and 70 - Crew 2 turned down 2 transfer calls due
to ice - one was after a decline by SkyHealth from Westerly RI to New
Haven - the dispatcher IDs as ROCKY - is that Rocky Mtn Helos? - ("Mid
State Dispatch" was called after Crew 1 - apparently they replied but
were not heard via the scanner feed) - 5 beeps preceeded a scene call
in New Lebanon NY - nothing further heard - the dispatcher calls the
pilot first; and gives the basics of the call - the pilot decides to
accept or decline based on the weather

broadcastify calls is a great resource - wish it was available for
many more agencies
