no real info here - totally gloss over the fact that they could not
find the guy for 6 or more hours and then a 911 caller gave them the
?exact? location - lots of hoopla about technology

chief of police - professional liar
police saw the perp go into 1 bld under construction via DOT cameras -
but not in real time apparently
apparently they did not get a real time alert from the license plate
reader system either - maybe cops had to search all the hits from
MDCs in their cop cars in order to find the hit in the city of smyrna
