all fire companies and all ambulances (The Rescues) are ALS
no mention of response times
they got GPS / AVL with CAD tie in for faster and better dispatching
mutual aid stats are strange - huge mismathes between 'in' and 'out' -
but they dont define what a 'response' is - 8 hour fire call vs 1 hour
medical call
etc
