am hearing units responding to calls but not hearing calls being announced

that was weird - via feed - 1040 am - dispatcher sent amb to call -
amb asked for house # of call - I heard no reply - then amb said
"received we are responding" - then dispatcher was heard again

there almost seems to be P25 under the audio

150 pm - now hearing full methuen fd comms on 484.925R over the air -
even heard a call announced - and hearing same traffic via
broadcastify feed - not hearing anything on 154.01

the actual initial dispatches might be going to stations via public
address systems - unless if the assigned unit is not at a station -
then the call is dispatched via 484.925R

484.925R is analog by the way

ALS is provided by Lawrence Hospital - the Methuen dispatcher has to
call them via telephone to request their services in Methuen - Methuen
amb just requested ASLS for a possible stroke and the dispatcher said
- "we will contact them now; what can we give them for an update?" -
and "P3" just signed on to 484.925R within 1 minute
