The Weston Observatory's Dr. John Ebel said he wouldn't be surprised
if there are aftershocks in the days to come. He said there's even a
chance that there might be stronger earthquakes in the next couple of
days.
note - if you put your radio on a simplex or direct channel - than you
can talk as far as you can see - if you put someone with a mobile at a
high spot - if they are on a direct / simplex channel - then they can
act as a relay
