info from eDispatches.com

apparently Barnstable County has both a countywide dive team and a
countywide Technical Rescue Team

926 am - eastham station 1 and full fd recall for people yelling for
help - the pager codes showed as "Eastham" and "Eastham-ALLCALL"

932 am - 2nd page for Eastham - 2nd ambulance requested

934 am - Orleans FD ("Orleans Station") paged for ambulance to scene in Eastham

937 am - "OrleansResc" paged for alternate group C 3 firefighters to cover HQ

943 am - Wellfleet FD paged to scene - Wellfleet A2 immediately signed
on and said they were switching to the Eastham FD channel

947 am - Joint Base FD Station 1 alerted - "JointBaseStation" and
"JointBaseAllCall" were the pages sent out - Rescue 11 was dispatched
to Eastham for dive team and tech rescue team activation - Ops 1 was
the assigned channel

949 am - Dennis FD paged for tech rescue team members and dive team members

950 am - Harwich FD paged for Tech Rescue and Dive Team members

951 am - Orleans paged out dive team members and tech rescue team members

all of these stations have at least 2 people in the station 24/7 afaik
- they might not all be fire staff - some might be ems only - like
eastham or wellfleet - but maybe they are all fire and ems trained -
many are paramedics - they are all backed up by off duty career staff
and on call staff - every FD on cape cod has a paging system that they
use regularly / daily to augment the onduty / instation crews - even
Hyannis uses pages to callback staff - maybe even on first alarms for
reported structure fires - and Falmouth with 6 stations and 100
fulltime staff sends out a fire pager tone for every fire call

we are pretty sure that you can find all of the FD radio traffic
online somewhere - either at Open Mhz or at Broadcastify or at
Broadcastify Calls - Eastham PD radio traffic probably is not online -
iirc just Falmouth pd and msp radio traffic is online at this time for
cape cod

gonna have to go back and listen to the eastham radio traffic

gona assume that the 907 am rp did not hear anyone screaming - or -
forgot to mention it - or - did the fd actually get dispatched before
921 am ? or was smeone screaming fr 20 minutes and no oee heard them?

we just listened to eastham radio traffic - yup - no one heard any
screams apparently till the cop found her

from broadcastify calls

pd radio traffic

905 am - PD sent for cold wet dog in car

915 am - at car - maybe

923 am - anyone have a leash?

923 am - dog looking for owner - on the trail

925 am - will take all units - someone screaming for help - send FD

925 am - someone in the water

931 am - roll another ambulance - for cop 16

932 am - cant reach party under the ice

fd radio traffic

926 am paged

928 am - Car 1 + IC + A4 + Squad 1 sign on

not sure how this jives vs news article and eDispatches times - will
need to check further

note - for most serious emergencies - multiple 911 calls are received
- in this case there was maybe only 1 call from the public - and that
might have been on the business phone line

note - calls for wet dogs are rare
