this is channel 1 - apparently just used for dispatch - and - response
to normal calls
computer voice gives units due + cross streets + station area + map
page + assigned radio channel
look at that - 3 different ways to make sure that units dont respond
to the wrong neighborhood - cross streets + map page + first due area
