my guess is - 2 guys shot each other

- no mention of a 2nd victim here

I need to change my guess - 1 guy shot by a perp who fled - and 1
associated victim - maybe the associated victim saw the shooting and
started puking - the 2nd guy on the stretcher did not seem to be
receiving any medical care

even with 2 cops in every car and 5 cops in every station - could you
prevent this?

note - the woman interviewed did not mention any argument
