10 am - "Pleasant Pond" to ? control ? - pleasant pond is open - 453.4875 R

pretty sure that was on the wenham pd radio channel - and we have been
hearing police type radio traffic on 453.4875 R also

not 100% sure it was Pleasant Pond - some Pond - probably has Town
lifeguards at a swimming area

there are probably hundreds of thousands of summer lifeguards on duty
across the USA and they pop up on radio channels all over the radio
spectrum

iirc Groton Mass used to have lifeguards sign on and off the radio
daily - Town Beach was their callsign iirc - maybe on 153.86 R fire or
154.055 R ems channel like in the 1990s

arlington mass has had lifeguards at reservoir beach on lowell st -
have never heard them on any radio though - not sure if they are still
employed or not

arlington boys club has a pool - they might have lifeguards - not sure
if there are any other pools in town

the private school on bartlett st in lexington had a pool 50 years ago

lexington had a town beach on marrett road 50 years ago also - not
sure if that is in op still or not - lexington probably has a pool at
the high school also

belmont had a outdoor pool by the high school

mdc had a pool by doughboy field in somerville

mds had a beach at winchester upper lake - probably still there - by
windemere train station
