note - 4 natl parks in PA are under NE in Campton NH
no nwr units are listed in NY - maybe there are no NWR in NY
when they 'dispatch' - they might really mean 'coordinate' - its more
about mutual aid among units versus dispatching some random brush
trucks out of some random refuge in backwards Maine - NE probably only
gets involved with any wildfires in New England when additional help
is needed - they dont handle initial attack - except maybe on the NF
in NH and VT / NY
