if USA captures cuba and fills in the gulf of mexico - there would be
some very good property created - and the hurricane threat to most of
the usa would go away
just saying
we could fill the gulf of mexico with boulders from the rocky
mountains - which would add lots of great property in the middle usa -
and maybe would stop all the blizzards in eastern usa - maybe - maybe
not - just guressing - lets ask google ai
