broken sprinkler pipe caused arcing wires in basement of civil air terminal
seems that just E51 and E52 and C5 responded plus massport ops and
massport electricians
radio IDs 1306 + 5350 + 1320
no mention of hanscom afb fd which is located 500 feet away - no radio
traffic from any handcom fd units heard - if they still have a FD
