5 minutes between arrival and building collapse
report of people trapped but building was fully involved on arrival
I dont remember hearing of other buildings collapsing in fires in
Baltimore or other major cities in USA ... only in rural areas with
total losses ... sometimes a roof will collapse late into a total loss
in the boston area ... but that seldom brings down an entire building
... just the roof structural members usually fail ... afaik
