HQ has minimum of 5 people on duty plus 1 (civilian) fire dispatcher

sta 2 and sta 3 have 3 people on duty

total FD staffing is - 1 Fire Chief + 1 Deputy Fire Chief + 2 admin
assistants + 3 captain / medics + 3 captain / emt + 3 Lt / PM + 8 Lt /
EMT + 1 Lt / inspector + 1 Lt / ems + 17 firefighet (FF) / emt + 26 ff
/ pm + 2 fire alarm operators + 2 fao / emt + 15 paid on call

iirc there are 4 platoons and each has a max of 16 people - if you add
up the numbers above - the minimum staffing is 5 + 3 + 3 = 11 - give
or take the dispatchers

staffing of 3 at sta 2 and sta 3 is probably minimum / maximum - its
always 3 no matter what more opr less - hq staffing seems to be more
variable - probably mostly related to illness, injury, and vacation

no idea what the typical staffing at hq is but it very well might be 3
on engine and 2 on ambulance and 1 dispatcher

dont even know if they have a ladder or quint - lets check - they do
have a tower ladder - maybe it is staffed by call back personnel only
on box alarms
