update on lynn mass psap

now listed as 2 PSAPs

Lynn Police Regional PSAP

and

Lynn Fire Regional 2ndary

per the State 911 Consolidation Map

pretty sure the initial setup was that Lynn Fire was the PSAP at the
Wayne Alarm Company building on Essex St by te huge radio tower

apparently somewhere along the line the police became the primary PSAP
- 2005 lynn fire was a psap - 2011 they were not

presently - lynn police and nahant police are listed as PSAPs -
Swampscott Police PSAP is listed as orphaned from 7/3/2014

so that must mean that both lynn pd psap and nahant pd psap forward
fire and ems calls (or the info) to lynn fire's 2ndary psap

lynn fire is not listed as a 2ndary psap at this point in the fcc psap
registry - but it is listed on the MA 911 consolidation map -
interesting

we assume that swampscott pf still has their own dispatcher - in which
case 911 calls from swampscott hit the lynn pd psap first - and then
get turned over to swmaspcott somehow
