truck 2 is at a ems call - they were dispatched at 1011 am
as of 1024 am - amr still has not dispatched an ambulance

truck 2 back in service at 1048 am - he said something about amr - I
think he said that amr is taking care of the patient
there was an earlier radio message at 1037 am - either amr arrived
then or they dispatched an ambulance then
in any case - truck 2 was tied up on the call from 1011 am to 1048 am
- that is 37 minutes
ambulance response time might have been 26 minutes - perhaps it was
more of a medical transfer call than a ems call
