not really sure what they are talking about
it sounds like they changed the dispatch procedure in 2019
old dispatch procedure - answr 911 phone - hit ems key on CAD keyboard
- both fd and amb get dispatched
new procedure - answer 911 phone - hit ems key - amb gets dispatched -
triage the call - then dispatch FD if level 1
should only 10 seconds to determine of level 1 or not - how loud are
they screaming on the phone? - level 1 !!!!!!
