surveying camera set up

corner of 7 story apt bld went down
we would be very very worried that rest of the bld was gonna come down
- would just take 1 bent column that finally lets go - even a cracked
horizontal structural member could take the rest of the bld down -
there is no protection against successive collapses / chain reaction
collapses in those blds afaik - 1 floor drops and it takes down all
the floors below it - and any adjacent columns that are weak - a house
of cards in other words
