GTFS: New trips_properties from November 28, 2022

Good evening developers,
We would like to announce the additional of two new files to the MBTA's static GTFS feed, trips_properties.txt and trips_properties_definitions.txt, which will take effect on Monday, November 28th, 2022.
These new file will begin to provide additional context notes and attributes about specific trips that are not possible using only the existing trips.txt specification. There will be no related changes to existing GTFS files as part of these additions.

As always, please let us know if you have any questions or other feedback, and stay tune as we will soon be prepare to add additional files to our GTFS feed.
