The "speed" attribute of vehicles appears wrong now. It is supposed to
be in meters per second. Multiply by 2.237 for MPH. But it would now
seem that no train in the system does more than about 35MPH (15 Meters
per second). I would say somebody is now incorrectly dividing
something by 2.237 somewhere in the code, incorrectly converting what
they think is MPH into Meters/S

Clarification - this is Commuter Rail vehicles, which should reach
speeds of 79MPH
