Usage of the name "MBTA"

Hello,

Google is giving me a hard time for having "MBTA" in my app's name as they believe I'm impersonating a business entity. I see merit to their argument but before going through the process of renaming my app, I'm curious if the MBTA has a stance on usage of their name and if it's permitted. Is there a document you can point me to?
